CureTape Gentle - Sensitive

CureTape Gentle is very suitable for people with sensitive skin, for young children and for the elderly. This hypoallergenic tape can also be used for applications on vulnerable areas, for example on thin skin. The adhesive strength of CureTape Gentle is less strong than that of CureTape Classic. This makes the tape easier to remove. Dimensions: 5 cm x 5 m per roll.

CureTape Gentle as a mouth tape
Specifically for oro-myofunctional therapy (OMFT), the tape can be used as a mouth tape. This can be done by sticking a strip of tape over the mouth, but this immediately completely closes off the lips. With a 'cutting template' specially made for this purpose by OMFT.info, the shape of an open mouth tape can be drawn and then cut out. This is a cheaper alternative to ready-made open tapes such as Myotape, the manufacturer of which has stopped supplying the sensitive variant. With the cutting template, you can get approximately 75 large tapes, 80 medium tapes or 90 small tapes from a roll of CureTape Gentle. NB: it is rare for someone to have an (allergic) reaction to this tape. Even though the adhesive layer is hypoallergenic; there are still people who can have a skin reaction to this. Therefore, first test with a small strip of tape.
